1. Definition
1.1 - Material: The Official Glossaries/Acronyms of any OGC Best Practice Publication as published by or on behalf of OGC.
1.2 - You, Your: Anyone reproducing the Material.
1.3 - We: Office of Government Commerce (OGC) of Rosebery Court, St Andrew's Business Park, Norwich, NR7 0HS.
1.4 - Period: The lifetime of the Material.
1.5 - Products: Your products containing the Material.
1.6 - Best Practice Publication: The ITIL / PRINCE2 / M_o_R / Programme Management series of publications as published by or on behalf of OGC.
2. Grant
2.1 - We grant you the non-exclusive right to use, reuse, republish, copy and reproduce the Material in your Products for the Period.
2.2 - The licence is personal to you and does not allow you to download the Material to your website for access by others. You may link to this page from your website to make other users aware of the Material available.
3. Your Obligations
3.1 - to reproduce the Material accurately from the official source.
3.2 - to feature the following notice in your Products:
- "[insert as appropriate: ITIL / PRINCE2 / M_o_R / Programme Management] Glossaries/Acronyms © Crown Copyright Office of Government Commerce. Reproduced with the permission of the Controller of HMSO and the Office of Government Commerce."
3.3 - to acknowledge OGC's trade marks, by featuring the relevant trade mark acknowledgement statement(s) on the Material from those shown below:
- "ITIL ® is a Registered Trade Mark, and a Registered Community Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce, and is Registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office".
- "PRINCE ® is a Registered Trade Mark and a Registered Community Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce, and is Registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office".
- "M_o_R ® is a Registered Trade Mark and a Registered Community Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce".
3.4 - not to use the Material for the principal purpose of advertising or promoting a particular product or service, or in a way which could imply endorsement by any government department, or generally in a manner which is likely to mislead others.
3.5 - not to present out-of-date versions of the Material as being current.
